Member of CC / General Manager
Oversees the overall running of the company, including accounting, sales, human resources and office administration.

Production Manager
Manages production output and machine maintenance, while overseeing the FSSC 2200 food safety system and HR management.
Benson
Despatch Manager
Oversees incoming and outgoing stock and assists with machine maintenance to support the smooth running of the production operation.
Gayno
Administrative Assistant
Assists with office administration and helps supervise factory staff.
